We currently operate 2 paramedic response units to provide advanced life support coverage for 11 municipalities. The 10 volunteer fire departments we work with provide basic life support emergency ambulance service or first responder coverage.
3 ambulances are staffed Monday through Friday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. 1 ambulance is staffed Saturday and Sunday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an on call crew during the other times to provide basic and advanced life support transport throughout Erie County and other areas of Northwest Pennsylvania. These ambulances also provide backup emergency coverage for the fire departments.
For ambulatory or wheelchair dependent people we operate 5 wheelchair vans and 2 medical taxis all PUC licensed. Dialysis, doctor and dental appointments and therapy are among some of the types of transport we do.

A fuel surcharge is added in compliance with PUC regulations when applicable. This cost is adjusted monthly.
